CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – ANR Recruitment & HR Consultancy Services

Our client Pacific Rim Constructors (Guyana) Inc. is a total construction management and equipment rental solution provider which serves a broad range of customers in the oil and gas and construction industries.

• Be a holder of a High School Diploma, have certification in CAPM or PMP and have at least three (3) years’ experience in the construction field
• Have knowledge of local quality, safety and health guidelines for construction job sites
• Be familiar with reading CAD drawings and be proficient in MS Office

• Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established safety policies
• Ensure all required materials, equipment and inspections occur to support the project schedule
• Understand, review and manage project plans, specifications and manufacturer’s data and execute project based upon said documentation
• Management and supervision of work crews on-site including mentor and train field personnel, manage foreman and their duties and ensure all have resources
