CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Objectives: To process orders and proactively ensure that customers are advised and updated on the status of their orders in a professional manner
Dutiesjnclude;
- Prepare Job Cards. Pro-forma Invoices, etc.
- Update Customer files
Requirements:
- Five (5) CXC Subjects Grades 1 or 2 (including Maths and English)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Customer Services field
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
