Looking for an experienced customer service representative and VA to work with our online Sterling Silver jewelry E-commerce business. We currently have a Shopify store and a store on Etsy. The position is for a full-time, long-term employment.

Tasks include answering customers’ questions about our products and knowing our jewelry inside and out, giving instructions for exchanges and returns, and any other inquiries they may have. Customer service is extremely important to our business and we are looking for a candidate that can go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are a small but fast-growing business and looking for a candidate that is responsible, trustworthy, dependable and looking to work with us long-term. There is a lot of opportunity for growth.

The requirements are:

– Excellent communication skills and fluent in English without any grammatical mistakes
– Minimum 1 years of customer service experience
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries
– Having a good knowledge of our products
– Working with us to improve our process and efficiency
– Helping with other tasks such as research, help with social media and some graphic design work. Training will be provided.
– Having your own personal computer with secure access

Other experiences like social media management, experience with Photoshop or other software such as Asana and Canva are great assets, please include them in your application.
