Customer Services Officer
Job responsibilities:
- Interface with clients making enquiries in person and on telephone
- Prepare shipping document forms for clients completing transactions
- Prepare company reports on transactions
- Work as part of a team in a fast-pace business oriented environment Any other related duties assigned
Required Qualifications/Skillset:
Passes at CXC (Grade 1-3) in English A&B, Mathematics and one other business subject.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
