Key Responsibilities
- Update all scans: inbound/outbound and packages out for delivery in eOps or via the LEO device
- Manage transit-out cargo for Guyana and Suriname
- Enter PUP (pickup) scans on all outbound packages
- Track packages throughout the day
- Update delivery and undeliverable scans from couriers, airport, and in-office staff
- Process transit-in packages from Suriname to Georgetown and onward destinations
- Maintain and update iCage scans daily
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum High School Diploma with passes in Math, English & EDPM.
- 1-2 years’ experience on courier services, logistics, warehouse, cargo or data entry operations.
- Experience using tracking systems or handheld scanning devices would be an asset.
