DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – IMON Wireless Solutions Inc.

The Director of Operations will provide leadership in efficiency, quality, and performance in Operations, Logistics, Customer Services, Human Resources, and Finance and the development of creative and practical inputs that will contribute positively to the direction and growth of the company.

Bachelor’s degree in management/administration or related field with 10 years relative experience; at least 8 years at a Senior Management level.

• Oversee the operational management of the company, ensuring effective day-to-day management;
• Analyze and improve operational processes and systems to achieve efficiency;
• Evaluate and report on operational performance and metrics;
• Identify and resolve operational issues and risk;
• Manage the company’s supply chain and logistics functions;
• Manage budgets and other financial resources;
• Implement and enforce quality control measures;
• Initiate and deliver solutions to meet the needs of external partners, vendors, and customers;
• Identify opportunities and customer retention and growth;
• Develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms with potential and current customers, and provide after-sales support;
• Recruit and train staff;
• Provides guidance and coaching to the internal team to foster progress and professional development;
• Prepare and provide management reports to the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
