We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher Clerk to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handover of products to our delivery trucks for distribution.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience in dispatch or warehouse operations is an asset.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



5. Basic computer skills.

6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate the loading of bakery and ice cream products onto delivery trucks.

2. Ensure accurate and timely handover of products to drivers, verifying quantities and product integrity.



3. Maintain detailed records of dispatched products, including batch numbers and delivery information.

4. Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize and prioritize product availability for dispatch.

5. Communicate effectively with drivers and other departments to address any issues or changes in delivery schedules.
