DISSPATCH SUPERVISOR – Toucan Distributors

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatch Supervisor to oversee our logistics and dispatch operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a background in transportation or logistics, we want to hear from you!

• 4 CXC Subjects (Grade 1-3)
• Proven experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics supervision.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

   

• Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain schedules for drivers and delivery personnel.
• Monitor dispatch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle logs.
• Analyze and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs..
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and adhere to regulatory requirements.
