Key Responsibilities
- Uplifting and dispatching of mails.
- Transporting staff to and from appointed destinations including for work in the field.
- Liaising with all departments regarding their transportation needs.
- Ensure that the assigned vehicle(s) washed weekly and inside is kept clean at all times.
- Assist with purchasing and payment of bills.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on daily sheets, cargo/customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, delivery books, fuel purchases, Reports, and other records that are requested from management
Requirements
- Sound Secondary Education
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience
- Valid License for car, van, minibus and truck
- The Ability to work flexible hours
