FACILITY OFFICER – JSB INVESTMENTS INC

JSB Investment Inc is seeking a Facility Officer, who will be responsible for the overall monitoring of the premises, log visitors, log vehicles and goods entering or leaving the site and report any incidents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to think quickly and act decisively in emergency situations.
• No felony convictions (Police Clearance)
• 25-45 years of age

Verify documentation for outgoing goods and ensure proper authorization.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.

Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Ensure that unauthorized individuals do not enter restricted areas.

Monitor premises through CCTV and other surveillance systems.

Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.

Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations regarding security.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and inspections.

Conduct thorough checks of all items leaving the compound.
