Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill tne position of Finance & Admin Officer
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monitors Debtors Payments
- Petty Cash Payments & Reimbursement
- VAT Computations
- Tax Computation
- Preparation of company Cash Book
- Assists the Accountant in preparing Financial Statements and other Reports
- Complies with and enforces Company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and or professional qualifications at Level 1ACCA or equivalent
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
- Minimum Two (2) years’ accounting experience
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting package would be an asset
- Must possess good supervisory skills
