MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Monitors Debtors Payments
  • Petty Cash Payments & Reimbursement
  • VAT Computations
  • Tax Computation
  • Preparation of company Cash Book
  • Assists the Accountant in preparing Financial Statements and other Reports
  • Complies with and enforces Company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and or professional qualifications at Level 1ACCA or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
  • Minimum Two (2) years’ accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Peachtree accounting package would be an asset
  • Must possess good supervisory skills
