DESCRIPTION
To provide technical support in the running and managing of food processing machinery in a plant environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical or Craft certification in any technical field
- Completion of Secondary education with three years of working experience, with exposure in the technical field
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and ensure machinery is functioning optimally accordingly to internal work instructions
- Perform corrective maintenance promptly in the event of machine breakdown / protective trips, etc, to minimize downtime
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on machinery
- Record and log necessary machine information and parameters
