FLOOR SUPERVISOR – EVENINGS The Villagio Restaurant & Bar

The Floor Supervisor at The Villagio Restaurant & Bar will oversee the nightly operations of the dining area, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. This role requires managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining health and safety standards, and handling guest concerns promptly. The Floor Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all areas, including the washrooms, and monitoring inventory for essential supplies.

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Oversee the dining floor, ensuring efficient service and top-tier guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure swift, satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and coaching.
