DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
Familiarity with standard operating procedures in the hotel industry
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and lead the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service
Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve any issues or concerns
Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures
Monitor and optimize room inventory and rates
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
Oversee the use of hotel management software and ensure accurate record-keeping
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
