The Minimart manager will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Manage and coordinate activities of workers.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Previous experience in a managerial role in the gas station or convenience store industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and financial management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Proficient in using technology relevant to the industry.

• Oversee the daily operations of both the gas station and MiniMart.
• Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure inventory control for the MiniMart, including ordering, restocking, and minimizing losses.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the MiniMart and gas station services.
• Foster a customer-friendly environment and address customer concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for regular upkeep and repairs.
