Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, write letters, reports and office memoranda, schedule appointments, and attend to visitors.
- File paperwork and is also responsible for copying documentation.
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
- Receive, store, issue, and verify (count, sort, weigh) equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, and tools against requisitions or invoices.
- Prepare stock requisitions, requests for quotations and purchase orders.
- Perform periodic checks on physical lubricant stock against bin cards and ACCPAC balance.
- Maintain records of General Stores i.e. stock cards and ISRs
- Take inventory of stock in the Storeroom and updates computerised inventory of stocks and compile statistics for the Supervisor.
- Maintain daily petty cash float in vault, verify PC vouchers for validity, and log entries into ACCPAC.

- Five (5) business stream CXC/CSEC subjects
- One (1) year experience in clerical role will be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
