Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the vacancy of GRAPHIC ARTIST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Artwork creation for signage, billboards and advertisements
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for calendars, product illustrations, Annual Reports, documents and all promotional materials
- Liaise with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and materials printed to the highest quality
- Utilise the most appropriate design styles, colours, format and layout based on needs of the Company
- Ensure social media platforms are updated on a weekly basis
- Ensure that the Company’s website is updated and the information current and accurate
- Ensure timely production of calendars, Annual Reports, documents, marketing paraphernalia
- Ensure that there are no copyright infringements as it relates to images, prints, designs, etc.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- Certification in Computer Science Programming or Graphic Designing OR
- Certificate in any computer software such as AutoCad, Web Designing, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw
- 1-2 years’experience as a Graphic Artist
SKILL REQUI REM ENTS
- Must have wide knowledge in graphic designing
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Corel Draw
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
