GREETER – Beharry Automotive Limited

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors, ensuring they have a positive first impression of the company. The Greeter will assist in guiding customers to the appropriate departments and provide basic information about the services offered.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus.

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors upon arrival at the dealership.
• Provide general information about Beharry Automotive Limited, including services and promotions.
• Direct customers to the appropriate departments, such as Sales, Service, or Parts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Answer basic inquiries from customers and visitors or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in managing the flow of customers to ensure timely service.
• Notify staff members of the arrival of customers or appointments.
• Distribute promotional materials and brochures to customers as needed.
• Support the Customer Service team with additional tasks as required.
