We seek individuals that are disciplined, honest, motivated and wants a career with ACH – Samsung

Accomplished appliance technicians with more than 4 years of experience working on household appliances. Knowledgeable in various types and brands of household refrigerators, gas stoves, microwave ovens, washers, dryers, including their components, installation methods, and maintenance requirements. Detail-oriented individual who pays close attention to clients’ needs and strives to go above and beyond to provide service that meets their satisfaction.

Servicing various household refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers and microwave ovens in client’ home and ACH service warehouse for ACH Inc – the Authorized Samsung Distributor for Guyana

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years experience in servicing most brands of washers ,dryers, refrigerators, stoves and microwave ovens.

Minimum Education: Secondary School Graduate

Clean valid driver’s license

Must pass a background check and drug test

RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Responsible, punctual and ability to work will with others.

Improve customer retention through service provided to clients.

Continually maintain working knowledge of all company/manufacturer products, services and promotions
