Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of laundry items picked up and delivered, noting any special instructions or issues.
- Communication: Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Replenishment: Replenish guest room supplies, such as linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock for guest use.
- Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies, services, or information, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor to ensure prompt repair and upkeep of guest rooms.

Requirements
