HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR – Aiden Hotel By Best Western

 Assign work to maids and assistants in public areas. – Ensure the well-being of the guests and the quality of the service offered by the staff in charge, ensuring the good image and condition of the hotel.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role and industry.
• Minimum of 5 CSEC subjects
• Good Microsoft Office Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Experience using Hotel software management system

• Supervise staff to use their uniform correctly and personal protection elements/ during their work days.
• Exercise constant supervision over the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms and different areas of the hotel.
• Coordinate daily reports from the maids on the status of the rooms (occupancy and cleanliness).
• Prepare the room report consolidating the information provided by the housekeepers against the information provided by the system.
• Follow up on the activities of the team of maids and those in charge of public areas.
• Supervise compliance with the controls established for the consumption of chemical products and other cleaning elements/agents.
