HR and Administration
REQUIREMENTS
- At least five CXCs with Math and English .
- Certificate Human Resources Management or related field or pursuing HRM degree
- Minimum three (3) years similar experience
- Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with adhering to legal compliance with government regulatory agencies that relates to labor, wages and employment laws.
- Assist with recruitment functions including: placing ads, interviews, hiring, contracts and initiate onboarding proces etc,
- File & Maintain records
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Performing payroll duties.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
