Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the HR Manager, attend to staff queries and conduct meetings with employees when necessary.
  • Assist with preparation of vacancy advertisements and liaising with media houses for advertising.
  • Assess candidates for onboarding
  • Process NIS documents.
  • Prepare employment related letters and correspondence.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Monitor employee leave and attendance records.
  • Update database and HR records on computer system.
  • Support HR processes suchs as appraisals and probation reports.
  • Support company activities such as job fairs and outreaches.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position.
  • Matured and responsible person.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Valid police clearance.
