Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager, respond to staff queries, and meet with employees when required.
- Help prepare vacancy advertisements and liaise with media houses on placement.
- Screen and assess candidates for onboarding.
- Process NIS (National Insurance Scheme) documentation.
- Draft employment letters and related correspondence.
- Maintain an organised filing system.
- Track employee leave and attendance records.
- Keep the HR database and records up to date.
- Assist with HR processes such as performance appraisals and probation reports.
- Support company activities such as job fairs and community outreach.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management, or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- A mature, responsible and dependable individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant, professional personality.
- A valid police clearance.
