Human Resource Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of five (5) years Accounting and HR experience
- Bachelor’s Degree level or Higher
- Experience using Accounting and HR software
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a wide variety of general accounting functions including the preparation, review and approval of journal entries, month-end closing processes, year-end schedules, and reports, quarterly and annual tax and other reports, debt schedules, budget monitoring, and chart of accounts control
- Comply with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the regulatory bodies including the preparation of financial audit (GRA, NIS, Commercial Registry, etc.)
- Updating requisite reports for presentation to company directors.
- Ensures legal human resource compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records, etc
