HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Main duties
- Prepare job descriptions and managing the recruitment process
- Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of employees at all locations
- Develop, organize and monitor training and development programmes
- Monitor employees’ performance and attendance
- Responsible for the company’s performance management system
- Advising management on relevant employment-related laws and employment policies and procedures
- Determine, in conjunction with the General Manager, compensation and benefits for employees
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance processes
Job requirements
- Minimum of a BSc in Human Resource Management or Business Management or a Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years’ experience in HR Management or 5 years’ HR Management experience, respectively.
- Good knowledge of employment-related laws and practices
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
