HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Main duties
Prepare job descriptions and managing the recruitment process
Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of employees at all locations
Develop, organize and monitor training and development programmes
Monitor employees’ performance and attendance
Responsible for the company’s performance management system
Advising management on relevant employment-related laws and employment policies and procedures
Determine, in conjunction with the General Manager, compensation and benefits for employees
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance processes
Job requirements
- Minimum of a BSc in Human Resource Management or Business Management or a Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years’ experience in HR Management or 5 years’ HR Management experience, respectively.
- Good knowledge of employment-related laws and practices
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
