HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree m Human Resource Management. Public Management. Sociology or related subject together with accredited experience (minimum of three(3) years) in the functions of a company or other organizabon
OR
- Diploma in Human Resource Management Public Management Sociology or related subject together with accredited experience (minimum of five (5) years) in the functions of a company or other organization
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word. Excel and PowerPoint
Core Competencies
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of the Labour Laws of Guyana, the Termination & Severance Pay Act and any other Laws/Act on the subject of Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
- Must possess good Management and Supervisory skills
