Applications are invited for suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant position:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree m Human Resource Management. Public Management. Sociology or related subject together with accredited experience (minimum of three(3) years) in the functions of a company or other organizabon

OR

• Diploma in Human Resource Management Public Management Sociology or related subject together with accredited experience (minimum of five (5) years) in the functions of a company or other organization
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word. Excel and PowerPoint

Core Competencies

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable of the Labour Laws of Guyana, the Termination & Severance Pay Act and any other Laws/Act on the subject of Human Resource Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
• Must possess good Management and Supervisory skills
