DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial 3D Printer Operator to oversee our additive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, and maintaining industrial 3D printers to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Knowledge of design and slicing software is a plus

• Knowledge of, CAD, Cam, Innovator or Solid works software is a plu

• Experience in additive manufacturing is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the manufacturing process of 3D printed parts, conducting pre-printing processes and checks, and performing required ordinary maintenance.

• Schedule machine production time in accordance with customer order schedule.

• Manage warehouse inventory of spare parts, consumables supplies and production tools.

• Ensure parts are post processed by performing necessary finishing tasks as well as quality checks.

• Evaluate material performance and processing parameters according to final part specifications and requirements.

• Assessing production techniques, elaborating support structures in according to the additive design principles.

• Cooperate with the Application Engineering team to satisfy customer requirements and expectations.
