Key Responsibilities
- Promptly greet and direct customers within 10 seconds of their arrival.
- Ensure the secure placement of all items on the premises.
- Daily inspection and proper display of all store items.
- Maintain constant vigilance and attentiveness, refraining from distractions such as phone use or personal conversations.
- Facilitate customer parking in and around the store area.
- Conduct random checks to verify customer bills against physical items purchased.
- Regularly secure the back gate to restrict access to authorized personnel only.
- Inspect bags entering and exiting the store for both customers and staff.
- Acquire knowledge of 20 new products weekly to enhance product expertise.
- Assist in the store’s opening and closing procedures as required.
- Aid in delivering items to customer vehicles or premises as needed.
- Assist with unloading the delivery vehicle when necessary.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Physically fit – Able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Minimum of 5 subjects at C.X.C including Mathematics and English
- Certification in security management or a related field (not required but preferred)
