Key Responsibilities
- 1. Warehouse Operations Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and organization of goods Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse
- 2. Receiving & Verification Ensure all deliveries match purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists Verify quantities and SKUs before system entry Record all goods accurately in the system Report and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with relevant teams

- 7. Loss Prevention & Returns Management Implement controls to minimize shrinkage, theft, and losses Manage returns, damaged goods, and supplier claims Ensure proper documentation and system tracking
- 8. Process Compliance & System Discipline Enforce adherence to inventory procedures and system usage Ensure all transactions follow approved workflows (POs, transfers, adjustments) Train staff on inventory processes and best practices
- 9. Team Supervision Supervise warehouse personnel (receiving, dispatch, and control roles) Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance reviews

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management
- Experience in retail or multi-location operations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Lightspeed or similar POS/ERP platforms)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Proficient in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data tracking, reporting)
- Comfortable using digital tools for inventory tracking, reporting, and communication
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
