IT TECHNICIAN – BK International Inc.

Join our dynamic team as an IT Technician! This pivotal role involves installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of company’s computers. If you excel at supporting systems through remote access or site visits, we want to hear from you!

·         Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

·         Minimum of two (2) years’ practical experience in Information Technology

·         Knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing

·         Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry stands

·         Ensure that workstations are set up with computers and the necessary devices (routers, printers etc;

·         Monitor computer hardware to ensure functionality;

·         Install and configure appropriate software;

·         Develop and maintain local networks;

·         Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;

·         Offer guidance and orientation to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;

·         Schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;

·         Troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.);

·         Upkeep records of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedule;

·         Repurchase network equipment and computers, as needed;

·         Manage cameras, surveillance, time stations, scales and research new technologies;

·         Perform any other duties as assigned in connection with this role;
