Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Detect and solve software and hardware problems
  • Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Any other duties/ tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

  • A minimum of five CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated good problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and team player
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work shift system/Sundays & holidays
