Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Perform regular updates and maintenance on servers, workstations, and network equipment.

Install and configure new hardware and software.

Set up user accounts and manage permissions.

Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and IT inventory.

Create and update technical documentation and user manuals

Assist in managing and monitoring network performance and security.

Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve them promptly.
