JUNIOR SALES SUPERVISOR – Mings Products & Services Ltd

We’re seeking a Junior Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager in driving the sales team to meet and exceed targets. This role involves supervising daily sales activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
• 4 CXCs at grade one and grade two including English and Math
• 3 years sales and marketing experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Identify and approach prospective customers to inform them about the company’s products & services.
• Market and sell all product lines carried by the company: Yamaha, Yohada, Advanced Drainage Systems, AMEC Solar, Tensar, etc.
• Prepare quotations for products & spare parts for potential customers
• Assist customers with after sales service including providing spare parts and referring to the workshop for service.
