LABORER -Universal Janitorial Services Inc.

Job Summary: The Laborer is responsible for performing janitorial duties for buildings and related areas under our General Janitorial and Corporate Services projects. Quality customer service will be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn good cleaning techniques is essential.

The ideal candidate must

• Have at least one year experience working in a similar role
• Possess good verbal communication skills
• Be well organized with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to do physical labor

The Laborer is responsible for

• Maintaining cleanliness of the building at high hygiene and sanitary standard
• Performing basic ground maintenance including raking and bagging, painting, lawn mowing and managing trash removal
• Moving light furniture such as chairs and tables from one room to another
