LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR – Aiden Hotel By Best Western

Overseeing all laundry operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, and upholding guest satisfaction.

• At least two (2) years experience in a similar role and Industry
• At least five (5) CSEC passes
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office Skills

• Overseeing the processing of hotel sheets, towels, etc. done efficiently and to the highest standard
• Leading and supervising laundry staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring they follow proper procedures.
• Inspecting laundered items for cleanliness and presentation to meet the hotel quality standards
• Monitoring and replenishing laundry supplies, detergents, and other necessary items to maintain smooth operations
• Coordinating maintenance repairs of laundry equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions
