The M·A·C Retail Artist represents the MAC brand to the consumer. The Artist’s purpose is to enable people to look and feel their best by providing an informative and engaging experience every single time. Their primary responsibility is consumer service and sales. This is achieved through 5-star service. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Self-Development, Maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative duties.

• Secondary School Education
• Must have Makeup Artist Experience
• Previous experience in Sales/Goal driven environment is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including holidays and weekends.
• Must be 100% reliable.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver personalized, professional service adhering to company standards.
• Engage customers, understand preferences, and suggest suitable products.
• Demonstrate makeup application, communication skills, and promote brand values.
• Maintain sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Stay updated on product, company, and store information.
• Participate in store events, training sessions, and product launches.
• Complete Skills Certification requirements and training sessions.
• Participate in cleaning and organizing tasks throughout the day.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and replenishing products regularly.

Basic salary plus commission
