Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the yard and compound
- Dispose of written-off goods in accordance with company procedures
- Manage and dispose of trash and waste materials properly
- Perform power washing of buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Carry out complete weeding and general upkeep of the compound
- Conduct bond cleaning and maintain storage areas
- Provide support with other maintenance and operational duties as required
- Report major repairs or issues to management.
Requirements
