❖ Manager-Industrial Relations
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Personnel Management. Industrial Relations, Public Management or a related field in the social sciences plus four (4) years’experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
OR
Diploma in any of the field listed in (a) plus five (5) years of related experience
