❖ Manager-Industrial Relations
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Public Management or a related field in the social sciences plus four (4) years’experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
OR
- Diploma in any of the field listed in (a) plus five (5) years of related experience.
