Mall Marketing Coordinator
DESCRIPTION
The Mall Marketing Coordinator assists Management in generating and promoting Prospective Tenancy in the Mall.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize and be self sufficient
- Detail oriented
- Must be customer oriented, professional and courteous
- Real estate experience a plus
- 1 year+ related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate clients to rent spaces in the Mall.
- Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.
- Create lists for potential tenants with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show spaces to potential tenants.
- Facilitate negotiations with prospective Tenants.
