Growing U.S. company (www.xenonhealth.com) seeks ambitious professionals to join its Georgetown office on Sheriff Street as medical recruiters.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

No prior experience is needed, but you must show a) intelligence (advanced training, academic awards, etc.), b) attention to detail, c) integrity, and d) enthusiasm.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include recruiting, credentialing and scheduling anesthesia providers and nurses at client sites. Additional duties may include monitoring operations at client sites. The hire will work within a small recruiting team. Hires will have considerable responsibilities early on and must be comfortable making decisions on their own as well as working closely with the CEO and senior management. Little to no travel required. Xenon Health employees in Georgetown will be hired according to the same standards as their U.S.-based counterparts. On a day-to-day basis, they will work closely with U.S.-based Xenon Health team members as well as a variety of U.S.-based partners such as U.S. insurance companies and healthcare providers.

 

 

 

REMUNERATION/BENEFITS

First year salary is $170,000.00/month, followed by $200,000/month in second year. Significant additional growth opportunities are available. These full-time positions offer a unique chance to get to know U.S. markets and be trained according to U.S. business standards.
