MERCHANDISER – Suri Trading

The vacancy is for Merchandisers with the key locations specified as Georgetown, East Bank Demerara, East Coast Demerara, West Coast / West Bank, and East & West Berbice. Merchandisers would be responsible for managing product placement and retail sales strategies within stores to optimize visibility and sales. This might involve stocking shelves, setting up displays, and possibly conducting in-store promotions.

·         Must be living in Respective Area

·         Must be 21 years or older

·         Must be able to work independently

·         Must be able to work evenings & weekends

·         Must be polite & customer friendly

·         Experience in Marketing & Sales would be an asset

·         Good communication & Interpersonal skills are a must along with fluency in English.

• Ensuring products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
• Liaising with store managers and staff to find the most effective placement for products.
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Setting up promotional displays and materials.
• Providing reports and feedback to the employer on sales trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
