Key Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect and maintain autonomous marine vehicles during testing and field operations
- Prepare vehicles for missions, including programming, configuration, testing, and equipment checks
- Monitor vehicle performance, troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine repairs, upgrades, and installations
- Download, review and document mission data, test results, maintenance activities, and operational issues
- Interpret and follow technical procedures, drawings, schematics, manuals, and operating instructions
- Support engineering teams, customer demonstrations and training while maintaining high standards of safety and operational readiness
Requirements
- Minimum Technician’s Diploma or equivalent technical qualification from a recognized nstitution in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Marine, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Engineering Technology, or related field
- Practical technical, maintenance, engineering, or field operations experience, with demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use tools/test equipment and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
