NDE Technician – EXSOL Guyana

A NDE Technician performs nondestructive testing of materials, parts, components, and/or pressurized systems; interprets data from tests, maintains equipment; and generates reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience and formal training hours.
• Level I and Level II Certifications in NDE.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
• Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Competencies:

• Mechanical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
• Dependable with strong work ethic, leadership, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing on materials, parts, components, and pressurized systems.
• Interpret test data, maintain equipment, and generate detailed NDE reports.
• Conduct inspections using various NDT methods and report results.
• Provide support to Level III and instruct/supervise trainees.
• Maintain accurate work records and liaise with clients.
