OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – Mings Products & Services Ltd

The Operations Coordinator will lead a small team in maintaining and repairing all property and machinery, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

·         Proven experience in a similar role.

·         In-depth knowledge of fleet management and understanding of safety standards.

·         Strong inter-personal, coordinating, and record-keeping skills,

·         The capability to conduct thorough equipment inventories, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure all equipment complies with industry and safety standards.

·         Must be mature, able-bodied, and work with minimum supervision.

·         Licensed to drive a Car, Van, or Tractor.

·         Valid Police Clearance

·         Coordinate with other departments to ensure procurement of spares, equipment servicing, and repairs as needed.
