Description
The Online Support Assistant will be working alongside Supervisors and Managers as is necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
- Must be 18 years and older.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Must have good conflict-resolution skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus active listening skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a 24-hour shift system.
Responsibilities
- Corresponding with customers on various communicative platforms.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone, email, social media, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Be able to develop and document cases/ logs of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
