DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be an integral part of our sales force, responsible for promoting and selling our bakery and ice cream products to our valued customers. This position involves working closely with our distribution team and actively engaging with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular visits to established and potential customers to promote and sell our bakery and ice cream products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the distribution team to coordinate product delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
