OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE – Eve Anderson Recruitment Guyana Inc.

This role involves field-based selling, requiring the individual to meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to increase revenue.

• Diploma in Marketing/Business Management
• A minimum of five (CXC) passes, inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• Sales experience in the shipping industry will be an asset.
• Must own a vehicle.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to the sales manager.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements to relevant departments.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with the logistics coordinators to ensure bookings are secured for nominated shipments and the progress of these shipments.
• Knowledge of (Microsoft Office, and CRM software).
• Any other duties that may be required by Management.
